After his lose in losing office for governor this actually earned him respect from younger voters and WWII veterans. -
Rightful governor
After much debate Herman surrendered the office but almost immidiatly was ready for specials elections to be governor. -
Herman's victory
After easily winning against Thompson in the special elections, Herman was the last member of this faction to ever occupy the office again.
