  • French and Indian War

    The French and Indian War is the American name for the North American theater of the Seven Years War. Basically the fight was in the Bristish America colonie and New France colonie. Then in the year 1756, the war escalated from a regional affair into a world conflict. The name ''French and Indian War'' refers to the two main enemies for the Bristish colonist the royal French forces and the various Indigenous forces alied with them.
  • Proclamation War of 1763

    Proclamation War of 1763
    The Proclamation War was a pontiacs War. It was issued in October 7 of 1763. The War was started by King George III. Basically the Proclamatioon war was for the Great Britians to stabalize relations with the Native North American empire and to stabalize relations with Native North American through regulations of trade settlement, and land purchase on the Western frontier.
  • Townshend Acts

    Townshend Acts
    The Townshend Acts started in the year 1767 by the Parliament of Great Britian. Acts are named from Charles Townshend. There are 5 laws from the Townshend Acts, Revenue Act of 1767, the Indemnity Act, the Commissioners of Customs Act, the Vice Admiralty Act, and the NY Restrainning Act. The purpose of Townshend Act was to raise revenue in the colonies to pay the salaries of govenors and judges so that they would be independent of colonial role.

    In the Boston Massacre part cities like NY were centers of protest. It was hard in the Boston Massacre. People risked insults or even beatings over there. John Adams agreed to defend the soldiers who were arrested in court. Then Sammuel one who always wrote letters expanded on the idea of letter writing campaign by forming a committee of correspondence.

    Boston Tea Party
    The Boston Tea party was tremendously popular in the colonies. By at least 1770 one million Americans brewed tea twicea day. British East India company brought the most to the colonies. By the 1770 the Bristish East found itself in deep finacial trouble. Why because the Bristish Parliament had kept tax on tea symbol of its rights to tax the colonies. After the Boston Tea party was over they dumped 342 chests of tea to the harbor bay.
  • First Continental Congress

    First Continental Congress
    The first Continental Congress was a convention of delegates from twelve colonies that met on September 5, United States. It was called in response to the passage of the passage of the coercize art. The Congress was attended by 56 members appointed by the twelve of the thirteen colonies.Then some Congress men had met briefly toconsider options. The Congress also called for another Continental Congress in the event that their petition was unsuccesful in haltins enforcement for the Intolerable Act
  • Lexington of Concord

    Lexington of Concord
    The Battles of Lexington and Concord were the first military engagements of the American Revolutionary War. Its kind of weird because they fought on April 19 in Middlesex County in 1775.There was atleast 700 British Army regulars under Lieutenant Colonel Francis Smith. The first bullet fired was at Lexington. At the North Bridge in Concord, approximatley 500 militiamen fought and defended three companies of the King's troops.
