Them going there was followed by the Little Rock Crisis, which the students were not allowed from to enter the racially segregated school by Orval Faubus, the Governor of Arkansas.     James Earl Ray assasinator of MLK, A confirmed racist and small-time criminal, Ray began plotting the assassination of civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr. in early 1968.
