In about 9 weeks, the tadpole then begins to sprout legs. -
Froglet
As the tadpole continues to grow, its tail shrinks and its front legs begin to form in about 12 weeks. The lungs develop and its eyes and mouth begin to grow larger. -
Adult Frog
At the end of 16 weeks, the tail has disappeared and the froglet is now a frog!
