Rahim Khan tells Amir, how he asked Hassan and his family to live in Baba's house with him. One day the Taliban comes to his house, and they kill Hassan and his wife. They take sohrab with them. -
Amir meets Asseff
Amir request to meet with the Taliban leader and finds out that is Asseff. He fights Asseff and gets beat up but gets away with Sohrab -
Sohrab's hospitalized
Sohrab thinks he has to go back to the Taliban so he tried to commit suicide on the bath. He is severely hurt but ends up being ok. -
Sohrab flies a kite
Sohrab and Amir go to America and Sohrab is mad and not talking. The two men go to fly kites and Sohrab talks to Amir saying, "I would fly any kite for you." (371). This is a huge part because Sohrab finally talks.
