The Future of Us chapter 1-16
The main characters are Emma(junior) and Josh(sophmore) who have been friends for years. Emma gets internet at her house (based in 1996) and Josh brings a CD-ROM over that downloads AOL. Not only does it do that, but it also downloads Facebook which hasnt been invented yet. Emma sees she marries a Jordan Jones Jr. and has a not so happy life. Josh is also on it and he marries Sydney Mills, a junior. They start to believe that this isnt a prank, and its really their futures. page 1-91 total: 750 -
The Future of Us, chapters 17-22
Emma is acting weird around Josh when he gets his skate board from her car. She says she needs to go to the libriary to "look something up" but Josh knows shes up to something and he guesses its about her future. Shes going to see if she can find the phone number of her future husband. Pages 92-120 total: 778 -
The Future of us, chapters 23-42
Emma tries to change her future by calling her future husband. She does and now that she'll never meet him, she is now married to someone else. Josh finds out and they get in a fight. Sydney asks for Joshs number and they start hanging out. At teh same time, Emma starts hanging out wiht a 'dreamy' guy named Cody. Emma and Josh both feel unimportant to one another now, Pages 120-234 total: 892 -
The Future of Us, Chapters 43-65
Josh and Emma still arent talking. Emma goes on Facebook and sees Cody is her friend now. She sees his intrests and decides to use them to get closer. Meanwhile, Josh and Sydney become closer and Josh starts to wonder if he really likes her. Emma soon finds out that Cody is a jerk and doesnt care about anything about her. At a bonfire they all went to, they realize they like each other. Then their friends take them to pizzaplace and they decide they're perfect together.
