The model T Ford
On October 1, 1908, the first production Model T Ford is completed at the company's Piquette Avenue plant in Detroit. Between 1908 and 1927, Ford would build some 15 million Model T cars. The style of managment at this time was Management as Science which focused on increasing productivity and efficiency through using the assembly line. i would not work well in this type of system i would get bored with it. -

Management as Science- focused on increasing productivity and efficiency through standardisation, division of labour, centralisation and hierarchy. i would not work well in this type of management because it would be boring and i would just be like everyone else. -

In 1939, Einstein and several other scientists told Roosevelt of efforts in Nazi Germany to build an atomic bomb. It was shortly thereafter that the United States Government began the Manhattan Project, whose research produced the first atomic bomb. -

Competitive Advantage-Employees were more involved by collecting data, but decisions were still made at the top, and goals were used to manage people and maintain control. i would not work well because i dont want to sit and collect data for the people above me -
