    Was series of wars throughout Georgia. Also by the West Theater.

  • Overland Campaign

    This war is also called Grant's Overland Campaign and the Wilderness Campaign. This was a series of events fought in Virginia.

  • Siege of Petersberg

    It was a series of battles around Petersberg and and Virginia. During the time of July 1864 to April 1865.

  • March to the Sea

    General Sherman from Atlanta, Georgia, took his troops to the Georgia seacost. They were waiting for the Confederates boat to arrive with their supplies and then destroy them.

  • Re-election of Lincoln

    Lincoln was re-elected as president. He was elected again in November, 1864.

  • Lee's Army Surrenders

    It was the battke if Appomattox Court House, It was the final agreement of the Confederate States. He surrendered to Ulysses S. Grant

  • Lincoln was assassinated

    Lincoln was assassinated April 14, 1865. At Ford's Theatre in Washington DC.

  • Joseph Johnston's Army Surrenders

    At the Battle of Bentonville Joseph Johnston and his army surrenders. He surrenders his army to William T. Sherman.
