The girls join Tituba in the woods and bring her several items. Tituba has made a fire and is boiling something on this fire. They all begin to dance and intertwine with devil while conjuring spirits.

Abigail accueses Tituba of conjuring spirits. At first Tituba would not confess. Rev. Parris begins to whip Tibtuba and she begins to spill out the truth. She says Sarah Good was witht the Devil and he told her to kill Rev. Parris

Betty is scared and nervous so she pretends to be unconscious. Mr.Parris is very worried. Abigail begins to shake her and hit her trying to wake her up. She tells Betty everything is okay and she awakes

Reverend Parris spots the girls dancing in the woods. He asks his neice Abigail if they were conjuring spirits. Abigail tells him they were only dancing.

Mr.Hale is excited to find witches. He is a good guy and tries to find justice in Salem. He is trying to save the innocents lives.

Mr.Proctor confronts Abigail and tells her he no longer desires to be with her. Abigail will not get over Mr.Proctor.

Mary makes a poppet atthe court while sitting next to Abigail. She gives the poppet to Elizabeth.

Rebecca becomes part of the members at the trials. She stands up for Elizabeth when she is accused. She tells the Proctors about the court discussion

Abigail stabs herself with a needle and blames Goody Proctor.

Mr.Cheever has a warrant to search the Proctors home. He is searching for a poppet and finds one . Mary gave Elizabeth the poppet.

They were both falsely accused and were arrested the same night.

Elizabeth is in her home when Mr.Cheever arrives and searches her home. He finds a poppet and arrests her. She is accused of stabbing Abigail with a needle

After Elizabeth is arrested she notifies the jury that she is pregnant. Mr.Proctor is unaware of this. The court does not believe her but John does.

John admits he had an affair with Abigail. Elizabeth is questioned and denies that he committed adultery.

Mary tells her story and tries to convince the jury she is telling the truth. The girls plan against her. Nobody believes her but Mr.hale and John Proctor

Giles Corey refuses to give up the name so they torture him. They lay large rocks on his chest until eventually his chest caved in. He died an honorable man.

Mary gives up and turns on Mr.Procotr . She says that he works for the devil and he threatened her. John is arrested.

Abigail robs Reverend Parris of all his money. She takes off with Mercy Lewis and they flee from Salem.

John Proctor finally confesses but a lie rather than the truth. He is asked to sign his testimony but refuses. Eventually he signs it but later rips up the paper. He would rather die an honest man than live a liar.
