The second season saw Brazilian magician and World Cup winner Roberto Carlos take up the role of a player-manager. -

The third season took off with an Italian at the helm of the Lions. Gianluca Zambrotta was brought in, which eventually turned out to be the Dynamos' most successful season as they finished third. -
ISL 4
The most recent season of the Dynamos saw them finish eighth in the points table. It was by far the worst season, under the leadership of ex-Real Madrid B gaffer Miguel Angel Portugal. -
The upcoming 5th edition
The to-be-held fifth season of the Indian Super League will see another Spanish in-charge of the Dynamos. Former Western Sydney Wanderers and Barcelona B manager Josep Gombau will take charge of the Lions in the season that begins on the 29th of September 2018.
