    No one really knows the exact date of the beginning of the Enlightment period, but it occured in the 1700's. It was a period of may new and important discoveries. It was a huge turning point in the history of the US.
  • The French and Indian War

    The French and Indian War
    The French and Indian War lasted from 1756 to 1763 and it was the final Colonial War. The conflict was played out in some parts of Europe, India, and America.
  • Treaty of Paris

    Treaty of Paris
    The Treaty of Paris negotiated between Great Britan and the US, it ended the revolutionary war. It also recognized American independence.
