  • Signing of the Treaty paris

    Signing of the Treaty paris
    France Ceded mainland North American Territories after ending the Seven Year's War. Britian gained territory east of the Missippi River. Spain continued to gain territories west, while exchanging East and West Florida for Cuba. Lands seperated towards different countries increasing their territories.   • Sugar Act

    Sugar Act
    First attempt of finance for defence of colonies by British Government. Taxes on molasses were decreased to show encouragement for the production of rum. A levy was placed on foreign Madeira wine and iron colonial exports. The Act was to show an Admiralty court in Halifax, Nova Scotia to hear the cases without jury and guilt.   • Boston Massacre

    Boston Massacre
    The anger between the troops and Britian's colonial policy began. Soldiers and British colonies starts to cause incidents. Five Colonists were killed by British regulars in this event. The pressure cause Lieutenant Governor Josh Hutchinson to withdraw the troops to an island in harbor.     The Boston Tea Party
    The people of the "Sons of Libertery", dressed as Mohawk Indians. They boarded ships along with cargoes of Brtish East India comapny tea. This started from when people started to get tired of the king making taxes with their money. England then arrived in Boston.     Intolerable Act
    The Intolerable Acts was a term for a series of laws by the British Parliament. They were a punishiment towards Massachusets colonies. This punishiment was for their defiance in the throwing of large tea shipment into the Boston harbor. They were also known to be very important factors contributing to the American Revolution.   • Battles of Lexington and Concord

    Battles of Lexington and Concord
    This was the first military engagement of American Revolutionary War. They fought on April 19, in Middlesex County, province of Massachusets Bay. Tensions rised between 13 American colonies and British Authorities. Hundreds of British troops marched from Boston to Concord to seize an arms chache.   • Decleration of Indpendence

    Decleration of Indpendence
    Richard Henry Lee introduced a Congree, which asserted te United Colonies their rights in the Independent State. While the resolution was being discussed with the committee, some of them were known to create their own Decleration of Indpendence. This lead to both The First Congress, and continued the Decleration of Independence. This was the start of people have their rights.
