This evil creation would soon be labeled "social media" and spawn even more ways for people to seek more attention. This need for attention has cultivated an epidemic, that future computer scientists will have to find a solution to.

    The Nintendo Wii was a console that used motion controls, and revolutionized the gaming sector since it got EVERYONE to play. This was the first console that I saw my grandmother be able to play. It was surreal. I feel that the Wii was a precipice of what was to come for casual gaming (i.e. the mass population) being so widely accepted in our society. Nowadays, everyone is a "gamer" since mobile gaming has taken over the world.

    The Apple iPhone was introduced in June 2007, and it helped mold the device almost all of us have in our pockets at any given time: the smart phone. Steve Jobs gets credit for inventing it, but in reality it was a team over at Apple.
