Beginning in 7th grade we began using Microsoft Office to create PowerPoint presentations, write papers using Microsoft Word, and spreadsheets for scientific data using Excel -
Smart Boards
Starting in 8th grade, teachers used smart boards to solve equations, display images, and teach curriculum. -
TI Calculators
When I was a Freshman in High School students were starting to use TI calculators for higher level math classes. -
Mac Laptops
When I was a sophomore in High School students used Mac laptops to take notes, complete research papers, and do online homework. -
Photoshop
In Yearbook class my Junior year of High School we used Photoshop to create yearbook pages. -
Ipads
I find that in college many students use IPads with keyboard attachments to complete online courses, do homework, and take notes.
