One day Luther was riding back from a trip and was cought in a really bad storm. He thought he was going to die so he prayed to God to save him. Martin Luther post 95 theses that did not go with the Bible. Not many people had Bibles so he posted it on the church doors so everyone could read it. Then everyone had a second opion. The Church did not like it. IT was agenst the Church. It showed that they were useing people and useing gods name in the worng way. As they were looking for gold and silver in the American wilderness. AS he traveld thew Florida/Georgia, South Carolina,Alabama. He found the Mississippi River. HE was the first person to cross the Mississippi River. Importince-It made people to start exploring the Mississippi River. -

It is where the British Empire began. It started everything. It was when some rich men wanted to go find gold in the new world. Which they did not find Importince-It started bring britsh people over. -
Salem witch trails
People were being put on trail for witch craft. Many females were put on trail.Many of the people put on trail died. People were scared when people could do things that they could not. Or played with fire or dark things. Importince-The Salem Witchcraft Trials were important to show the world the stupidity and ignorance of others. It killed many people over dumb acusing. -
French & Indian War
The British fought the French & Indian in this War. They didn't have many indains fighting on the British side. Britsh won the War. Importince-It gave the Bitish more land so it could grow. -
Willam Pitt as new Prime Minister
He was to make more money for the British. SO he inforced the whole taxes on the colonies. Importince-It stared uprising and the spark for a revolution. -
Treaty of Paris 1763
After the French & Indian War the French signed a Treaty for peace but loss alot of land. Which help the British empire grow. Importince- It help people get more land to exsplore. -
Stamp Act
The Stamp Act was for the British after the war because they lost a bunch of money. It was taxes. Which the people did not like. Sence the people back home at the time didn't have to pay this. Importince-It made people mad. Which help the War start. -
Quertering Act
The British made people house their soldiers. The soldiers would even take the house and make the people that lived there sleep in the barn if they had one. Importince-It really upset the people and got more people on the side to live the British. -
Baston Tea Party
The colinst dressed up like indinans and boarded a ship that had about one million dollors worth of Tea. Which they thew over the side of the ship into the Baston Harbor. Importince-The punisment really got the people really mad. They had to pay all of it back or their harbor would be closed. Which was a busy port. -
Declaration of Independence created/signed
The people that created it signed it and said we are not free yet until they were no longer under British rule. Which was givin the name Declaration of Independence. Importince-It gave America there first really blue print of their new country. -
Battle of Lexington-Concord
It was the first battle between America and the British. They were going to surpise the Americans and take there supplys. Well that didn't work out. All of the surplys were gone by the time the British got there. Importince-IT showed that America was not easly fooled. -
Winter at Vally Forge
Valley Forge in Pennsylvania was the site of the military camp of the American Army over the winter of 1777–1778 during the Revolutionary War. It was a very hard time for the solders there. They had to train. Which many of them did not like. Importince-It gave the American Army a backbone to fight. They became a real mil'tary force. -

It was the End of the War. When America became a country that no longer under British rule. Importince-We became a true country. NO longer under British rule. -
Louisiana Purchase
The Louisiana Purchase was bought from France in 1803. The U.S. paid fifty million francs and which averages to approximately four cents per acre. Importince-It gave people more land to live on and to exsplore and grow in a country. -
War of 1812
The War of 1812 was a military conflict lasted for two and a half years. It was fought by the United States of America against the The Britain and Ireland. It was in the North American colonies and its American Indian allies. Importince- It told the British they were never going to defeat the Americans so they needed to go back where they belong. -
Underground Railroad
It was the time of slavery. It was not a real railroad. It was a line of house going to the north that helped the slaves get away. Many slaves used it. There was even a bunch of people that heped too. Importince-It started helping slaves get to the north. -
Fugitive Slave Law
It was a law the south made. Saying if you found a run away slave you got to return them to the south. which is why slaves started going to Canada. Importince-It made many slaves started go to Canada which help everything out. -
Battle of Gettysburg
The Battle of Gettysburg was fought July 1 thew the 3rd of 1863. It was agenist the Union and Confederate forces during the American Civil War. The battle involved the largest number of casualties of the entire war. It was the war's turning point. -
Assassination of Lincoln
President Abraham Lincoln was shot by John Wilkes Booth. Importince-It made everything after that kinda go in another way than what it would have.
