Engelbert Dollfus becomes chancellor of Austria, he then begins a national reform with the intent of aposeing a unification with Germany. -

Hitler is becomes Chancelor, apointed by President Hindenburg. -
Hitler's Foreign Policy Goals
On this day hitler lays out his goals for Germany in veiw with the rest of the world. A) Military restriction imposed apon Germany by the Treaty of Versailles shall be lifted. B) Germany will be restord to its former glory as the leading power in Europe and will reclaim Austria, Poland, the Czech, and Suddentland the territories it had lost after the first World War. C) Germany will expand to include all of Poland and European Russia. -
Austria pt 2
Engelbert disolves parliament and banns all political parties from the government. -
Germany leaves the League of Nations
Hitler orderes German delegate to leave the League of nations. -

German Rearmament
Geramny begins its Rearmament Prgoram under Hitler when it leaves the League of Nations, this program included secific events and continued up till the begining of World War 2 when Germany invades Poland. -
Austria pt 3
Engelbert puts down an armed upriseing against the governent, he then proceeds to create a new constitution that is modeled after Facist Italy, this infuriates the Nazi party in Austria. -
Austria pt 4
Durring a failed Coup d'état by the Austrian Nazis Engelbert is killed, the Italians seeing this as an attack by Germany sends reinforcements to Austria forcing Hitler to pullback as he wasn't yet ready to wage war. -
Hitler becomes Fuhrer
Hitler merges the offices of chancelor and president to become Fuhrer and Supreme Comander. -
Italy invades Abyssinia
Italy invades Abyssinia, durring this time the Abyssinian Emperor pleads with the League of Nations to stop them. Ultimately the League enforces only minimal punishment against Italy wich only leads to infuriateing them. Italy then suceeds in its endevor and takes Abyssinia for it self. -
The Rhineland
Provoked and emboldend by Italy's invasion of Abyssinia and the League of Nations lack of responce in dealing with it, Hitler orders the movement of German troops and Military supplies into the Rhineland. The League all but stands and watches this transpire. -

The Spanish Civil War
Using the war as an opertunity to both spread facist ideas and test new German weaponry Hitler sends troops and equipment to support them. Mussolini also sends in support to the facist fracration seeing it as a way to help boost Italian standing internationally. The Soviet Union, Fance, and Britian send minimal support to the ones that oppose the facists, but thousands fromthose countries volonteer to fight insted. -
Sudetenland
As on par with an earlier agreement Britian and France offer to support to Sudetenland if it shall ba invaded by German forces. Then on this day German soldiers cross the border unhindered and take controll of the Sudetenland with little to no resistance. -
Czechoslovakia
Seeing Hitler's goal to eventually invade and take over his country Czech president Emil Hacha, in poor health, travels to Germany and makes an agreement with hitler for Germany to be a protectorate. German troops the move into the country unhindered. -
Soviet-German Non-Aggression Pact
Germany and Russia make a pact that says that they shall not attack each other in the event that they shall go to war with Poland. In doing so Poland armed it self and began for war. Seeing that Hitler wouldn't be stoped by Russia France and Britian will keep their promise with Poland. -
WWII Begins
Germany invades Poland and Great Britan declares war on Germany, starting the second world war.
