    Apollo 10 lead by Thomas Stafford, John Young, and Eugene A. Cernan. The mission proved that the system was ready to land on the moon safely.

    Neil Armstrong, Michael Collins, and Buzz Aldrin were the astronauts of Apollo 11 who successfully landed on the moon. Neil Armstrong was the first man to set foot on the moon, second came Buzz Aldrin. Michael Collins did not step on the moon, however he was a big part in making this happen.
