    Germany decided that instead of launching into space, that they would launch and fire their missiles at the United States. They launched missiles within 5 months of launching into the air. And the U.S. was not too happy.

    The United States decided that instead of launching back at Germany that they would use the ideas that Germany had to get to the moon and try to beat them. It then became a race to beat one another.

    Germany was not worried at all about the U.S. and what they were doing because they knew their technologies were so far ahead of the United States that they would get to the moon and seek world domination first. Germany launched the first missile into space on March 16, 1952.

    Germany launched their missile into orbit two years ago but never was able to track it down of where it landed. They put a tracking device on the newest technology they invented. A rocket. They launched a rocket into Earth's orbit but this time it landed in the ocean within hours.

    In 1957 the soviet launched the first satellite into outer space. This is when the Space race officially started.

    In 1958, the U.S. finally announced publicly that they were going to be challenging Germany to a battle for the moon. Who could get the moon first and land. The United States was not going down without a fight.

    The U.S. launched their first satellite into outer space and it stayed in orbit for 3 days before falling into the Atlantic Ocean.

    The Germans got into Earth's orbit and stayed in orbit for 7 days before bringing their rocket back down. They then began wondering if they could send man into orbit too.

    The United States decided to take a big risk and send a monkey into space in their rocket and try to orbit the moon. By this time they had launched into space 3 different times and just their last time they succeeded. They got to the moon, orbited the moon but then decided not to land yet.

    In 1972 Germany finally did the unthinkable and landed on the moon. They stayed on the moon for 3 days and then descended back down onto Earth. The U.S. felt a sense of defeat. They did not know what to do or say. They had been beaten and Germany had now won again.

    Germany had become very superior and wanted control over the U.S. since they beat them and felt like they now owned the moon and now could control anything else that came in their way. Germany now has world domination.
