Song Taizu was the first emperor of the Song dynasty, he began his career as a military officer serving one of the most important warlords in China. He had a very widley known reputation in 960 his troops made and proclaimed him emperor thanks to his abilities which included honesty and effectivenes. Followed confucian ways and seeked to pass on the education to others. -
