    Andrew Jackson was a Democratic from Tennessee, Was elected for Presidant. His Party supported the South and West. People who were Federalists joined with anti-Jackson Democrats.
  • Liberty Party

    It was a a growing liberty outgrowth for antislavery. They all followed a man named William Lloyd Garrison. He denosted the U.S constitution by letting female activise into the movement.
  • Republicans

    The Republicans were antislavery. There first presidention canidate was a man named John C. Frémont. In the 1860's the voters had 4 choices for major parties.
  • Constutional Union Party

    This party was anti-extremist. They untitle d to block the Republicans. The southern Whigs didn't want to vote for the Democartics, and the northern Whigs didn't want to vote for the Republicans cause they thought that they were to ridical.
