    The sopwith pup was very manoeuverable. it was the first plane to have a mounted gun on it. it was also a single seater fighter plane also this plane was a favourite of many ace's (pilot that had shot down more than 5 enemy planes)

    The Sopwith Triplane was the very first triplane (plane with three wings). This plane also had an exeptional rate of climbing and its agility was superb. Haryy Hawker who was Sopwiths tester pilot was so confident with the plane that he did three loops in the air in succesion. However, only 147 triplanes were built.
