When Teresa was fourteen, she lost her lovely mother beatriz .Her mother passed away while she was giving birth,Beatriz was at the age of 34 when she passed away, it was a very young age that's the sad thing. Teresa was devastated ,she always felt like all she had was the one and only virgin Mary that comforted her when ever she was down or felt lonely . -

The day came were god finally wanted her in his arms.Sadly saint teresa of avila feel asleep to live her second life up in heaven with her belovered christ.She passed away at alba de tormes ,Spain .There was no reason for her death . -

March 12 ,1922 in Rome ,40 years after saint teresas death ,Pope Gregory XV canonized Teresa De Capeda Y Ahumada .
