Are heroic qualities Universal or Timeless?

Are heroic qualities Universal or Timeless?
Heroic qualities are timeless, being a hero or having these qualities means that you have to be a good example to your people and must always be vigilante and do whats right. Heroism is passed down from generation to generation with each new hero more greater and experienced than the last. This shows us that heroic qualities are timeless and will forever be because each in everyone has the ability to be a hero. In Romeo and Juliet the heroic quality was love. Love helped the families make peace.
