Prohibition
Prohibition was an era in the 1920s where the sale,maufactoring and transporting of liquor was prevented.This outlawed event was later ratified as the 18th amendment on the U.S. Constitution, people attempted to legalize alcohol but failed so they started to smuggle until the amendment was repealed by the 21st amendment. -
Jazz Era
by the mid-1920s, jazz was being played in dance halls and roadhouses it was considered the Jazz Era.Jazz music grew in popularity by high standards in the U.S., also influenced other parts of the world.There was also Flappers which were young girls wearing unbuckled galoshes that would make a "flapping" noise when dancing . -
Scopes Trial
The Scopes Trial also called The Monkey Trial was issued , this had started when a substitute Biology Teacher named John Scopes was fined $100 for teaching the classroom about evolution.This trial went on for long because while Lawyer Clarence Darrow defended the existence of evolution Lawyer Bryan Jennings Bryan defended Religious Beliefs. -

Model T is a vehicle produced by Henry Ford between 1908 and 1927.The first Model T was produced on August 12, 1908 and left the factory on September 27, 1908.This car helped out a lot in the technology development for transportation. -

Black Tuesday was another name for the Stock Market Crash , on this event the New York Stock Exchange crashed.As stock prices fell there was a collapse of severe banking crisis afterwards .The failure of banks caused for loss of jobs and poeple bought less,this was also the begining of The Great Depression.
