    The Enlightenment
    The Enlightenment was a period of time where philosophers and scientist started using reason and critical thought behind decisions and ideas instead of using faith, tradition, and revelation. The Enlightenment was an important period because there were a lot of inventions and vital things being made so I would rate this event a 7.
  • French and Indian War

    French and Indian War
    The French and Indian War was when the English and Americans fought against the French. I would rate this event a 5 because they fought a lot and it wasnt uncommon for them to fight.
  • Proclomation Line

    Proclomation Line
    The Proclomation of 1763 was to divide the North American Britsih Empire and the Native Americans the border was along the Appalachin Mountains, but of course they didnt obey because that was a good spot to trade. I would rate this a 5 because it didnt play a big role in our revolution.
  • Stamp Act

    Stamp Act
    The Stamp Act said that the British American colonies would have to pay a direct tax to the British Parliament. It also said that the printed materials must be printed on the stamper paper that London made. The Stamp Act was important because the colonists boycotted and stood up for what they believed so I would rate this was a 6.
  • Boston Massacre

    Boston Massacre
    The Boston Massaccre was when British troops shot at and killed five colonial protesters. I would rate this event about a 4 because I dont think it was that influential in our coutries revolution.
  • Tea Act

    Tea Act
    The Tea Act occured because of the large amounts of tea being made by the Eact India Company which was struggling finacially. I believe this was an important piece of history because it lead to so many other events after so I would rate this a 7.
  • Boston Tea Party

    Boston Tea Party
    A group of intellectuals in Boston called the Sons of Liberty protested against the new tax on tea by dressing as indians and going out at night and dumping hundreds of punds of tea. I would rate this a 4 because it didnt really lead to our revolution that much.
  • First Continental Congress

    First Continental Congress
    The First Continental Congress was made up of delegates from 12 of the colonies. They met to talk about the Intolerable Acts so they sent a letter to King George III, he didnt. I think this could have been a huge step to our revolution but it wasnt really sence King George didnt do anything to fix it so I would rate this as a 4.
  • Intolerable Acts

    Intolerable Acts
    The British passed the Intolerable Acts after the colonists dumped hundreds of pounds of tea into the Boston Harbor known as the Boston Tea Party. These acts were made to punish the colonists and they lead to angry colonists and more so I would rate this event a 7.
  • Lexington and Concord

    Lexington and Concord
    This battle kinda started the American Revolutionary War. I think this was a huge part in our revolution because the Revolutionary War was the biggest war at th8at time. I would rate this an eight.
  • Second Continental Congress

    Second Continental Congress
    Second Continental Congress started meeting in 1776. They discussed warfare and independence. Most of the delegates liked the idea of independence so they set up a committee to write the declaration.
  • Declaration of Idependence

    Declaration of Idependence
    The Declaration of Independence seperated the thirteen American colonies from the British empire. It stated the thirteen colonies would now be independent states. This was a very important part of our history because it made us independent and seperated America from the British Empire and really lead to our revolution. I rate this a 8.
