The Royal Proclamation stopped Anglo-American colonists from settling on lands from the French. This Proclamation was mainly happening so Britain could control its new lands. As a result of this, it sparked anger in the colonists, and it resulted in affecting parts of the American Revolution.

This act introduced taxes, using a stamp. This act was passed to help pay for British troops who were stationed in the colonies. This act influenced the revolution because it extracted money from Americans without their consent. So imagine how angry you would be if the government was taking your money without you consenting to it. So really, it violated the rules of taxation also. So then colonists rioted against the act causing resignations of the men who were there to enforce the act.

In order to help pay for expenses involving governing the American colonies. The parliament passed the Townshend Act. Which then initiated taxes on glass, paper, lead, and tea. Since this act had no representation in parliament the colonists saw this act as an abuse of power. The colonists resisted, so Britain had to send troops to collect the taxes. Which heightened the tension and lead to the Revolution.

The Boston Tea Party happened to protest against the tax on tea! People protesting got onto ships and dumped boxes of tea into the Boston harbor! This was a very significant event that helped intensify colonial support for the American Revolution!

The Intolerable acts were 4 different acts all together; The Boston Port act, the Massachusettes government act, the Administration of Justice act, and lastly the Quartering act. The British approved the acts to make an example of the colonies after the Boston Tea Party, and the outrage they caused became the major push that led to the outbreak American Revolution in 1775.

The New England soldiers faced the British Army for the first time in a battle. Lots of bloody fighting took place during the Battle of Bunker Hill. The result of the battle is what impacted the revolution. The amount of soldiers lost was not a good sight. It gave the Americans the courage to stand up to the British in battle. Many more colonists soon joined the army and this further strengthened the revolution.
