  • The French and Indian War

    The French and British went to war to get more land and British won so British got more land.
  • The Proclamation of 1763

    The natives lost there land to the war and wrote the Proclamation of 1763.
  • The Sugar Act

    On that date the molasses was about to expire and the colonial merchant had to pay for it.
  • The Stamp Act of 1766

    British was paying tax and rioted about it and managed to get stamps for everyone to pay tax.
  • Townshend Acts of 1767

    The purpose of this act was to raise revenue, create more effective means, and punish the province of New York.
  • The Boston Massacre

    Soldiers shot people while being harassed by a mob of some sort in Boston.
  • Tea Act

    British held massive amount of tea to later drink for the Boston Tea Party.
  • Boston Tea Party

    While shipping the tea, the ship fell over and al the tea fell out.
  • Intolerable Acts

    The acts are laws passed from the British after the Boston Tea Party about harassing Massachusetts.

    A meeting with the 12 of the 13 colonies reuniting to make America
