The First Continental Congress had a meeting of delegates and 12 of the 13 British colonies, grouped up to deal with the intolerable acts. Georgia was the one colony that didn't send any representative to the congress. so the had an idea to boycott British goods, but the parliament dint repeal the intolerable acts. -
