Enlightenments
It was during these years and the following years that the colonist became nlightened and that the paths to many events came. -
French and Indian War Starts
The war between Great Britain and France for North America Territtory from 1754 to 1763. Originally known as the "Seven Year War". -
Treaty of Paris
Treaty of Paris, often called the Peace of Paris, which ended the Seven Year War. -
French and Indian War Ends.

Sugar Act
A modified version of the Sugar and Molasses Act, The Suga Act was to combat corruption and smugglers which controlled trade in the colonies. -
Stamp Act
The stamp act was officially Parliament's first act forced upon the colonist as a way to show that they had control over the colonies. -
Tea Act
The tea Act was an Act passed as a way to help a falling Tea Company in India. It was so that the tea could be directly sold to the colonist, and was to be cheaper even with the tax. However, colonist reacted negatively to this and said that the Parliament was trying to trick them. -
Boston Tea Party
Colonist, many disguised as Mohawk Indians boarded three docked ships and threw the cargo of tea into the Harbor so that it couldn't be sold. -
Battle of Lexington andd Concord
This was officially (more or less) the first battle of the Revolutionary War. The first shots were fired here. -
Second Continental Congress
The second meeting which suceeded the First Continental Congress. In it was discussed in a fast pace about moving towards independence. -
Thomas Paine Publishes "Common Sense"
This panphlet was published By Thomas Paine. It Is perhaps the most "dangerous" document ever created and is the Main document which helped push the colonist to Revolutionize. -

Valley Forge
Valley Forge in Pennsylvania was the site of the military camp of the American Continental Army over the winter of 1777–1778. (actual time used unknown) -

Shay's Rebellion
An armed uprising armed uprising in central and western Massachusettsfrom 1786 to 1787. The rebellion is named after Daniel Shays, a veteran of the American Revolutionary War. (official day is unknown) -

The convection was to create a new government to control after independence was established. -
Ratification of the Constitution
Time when the Constitution was ratified. -

The Convection ended and the governmental ideas were set. Now all that was left was to ignite it. -
