    Sugar Act
    Britain put taxes on certain goods to protect the colonial borders. This suprised and upset the colonists because they had to pay an extra tax. The British were then suprised that they were upset because they were trying to help the colonies. Image

    Stamp Act
    British put taxes on certain things. The colonists ignored the act and boycotted all British goods. This caused the British to repeal the act and replace it with the Declatory Act. Image:

    Declaratory Act
    Brittan put made the declaratory act to say they could do anything to help the empire. The colonies didn’t really react because of celebration from the stamp act getting repealed. Since they didn’t do anything the British had no reaction. Image:
