Tumblr, Pinterest, Google +, Wordpress and Pinterest have been launched, among others. Some older social media networks such as My Space and Bebo had to redesign to survive, and others such as Friendster had to close their doors. Social media is now part of people and companies day to day lives. There are some negative effects of social media such as privacy issues.
