    Throughout this riot bulding were set on fire and fire fighters had bottles and rocks thrown at them whenever they attempted to stop the fires or the fighting. By the end of the riot there were 12 dead, 1097 injured and over 6,100 arrests made. The damages reached a high of about 27 million dollars. This riot along with the march that came through DC destroyed DC's inner city economy.

    This riot broke out in the back and east ghettos of Baltimore. It began on April 6th and ended on April 12 of 1968. It resulted in 7 deaths and 5,500 arrests. It resulted in 12 million dollars worth of damage.

    This race riot broke out in the west end of Louisville where many blacks lived. During the riots cars were turned over and set on fire and bottles and rocks were thrown at officers. This riots resulted in 472 arrests and 2 dead. There was 200,000 dollars of damage done to the city.
