The coupon I will be giving to customers will be a BOGO (buy one, get one) on any hot or iced coffee. It will be distributed through the Pure Soul cafe app, and anyone with the app has to scan their code and get the deal. This will improve the image of the restaurant by gaining popularity back because people will want to use the deal being provided.

The coupon plan I will provide for the company is a punch card, and if they buy 5 coffees, then they get the 6th one free. I chose this because that is a lower number of coffees to buy to get a free one, so then people will want to keep coming back and buying them to get the free ones.

The traffic builder that I will be choosing to have is that the first 25 customers that come into the cafe will get a free bakery item, and this will go on for a whole week. I selected this because more people will want to go in and get something if they get a free thing in return. And for people who work early in the morning, this is good for them because then they can get their coffee and breakfast. After all, they are most likely going to be first in.

For the product samples, I will be choosing to have samples of a new bakery item every day for a full week, so customers can try all the different items we have and hopefully buy a full-sized one because they like it so much. For the location, all the samples will be in every location of the Pure Souls cafe because we want everyone to be able to try the items and get them. This will improve the image of the restaurant because people always enjoy free samples, so then they can keep coming back.

For the Pure Soul cafe, I will provide sweepstakes, so every time you come in and buy something, you can spin a wheel and get a prize. The prizes will consist of a $10 gift card, a certificate for a free coffee, a spin again, and a free Pure Soul t-shirt. This will improve the image of the company by getting more people to come to the cafe and also make it fun for them. We will have this offer for the whole month of December.
