    Using a traffic builder as the first promotion will allow many new customers to try the food and drinks for themselves while also getting a free item. The traffic builder would be a free admission ticket for a local band and a free cup of coffee. This form of advertising will allow customers to focus on the music rather than E-coli, and also enjoy a cup of coffee that is free of the bacteria.

    Using an incentive as the first promotion will invite many old and new customers into the cafe. The contest would be a free vacation for two at an inclusive resort in the Virgin Islands. This strategy will increase the image of the restaurant because it will reassure customers that the business is still doing well after being infected with E-coli. This also shows the competition that the restaurant will not let an infected bacteria stop all sales completely forever.
  • Coupon Plan

    Starting October 31st, Pure Soul will offer a coupon plan to all of their customers in order to ensure that they will be reoccuring customers. The coupon plan will consist of a punch card of 10 punches, one for every $3.00 spent. The punches would consist of $3.00 because that way it ensures that every customer will have at least one punch because $3.00 is the least amount for a cup of coffee. When a customer reaches all 10 punches, they will recieve any size and flavor of coffee for free.
