At this stage of the baby’s life there bones begin to harden and they start developing genitalia. At this point you are able to hear the baby’s heartbeat

At the start of the 14th week is when the baby’s kidney’s begin to produce urine and they are able to see light
At the beginning of the 16th week is also the time you can determine what sex the baby is -
The baby starts to move around in the womb at around the 18th week and they are also able to hear sound because the babys senses begin to develop at this stage of the baby’s life. Also the baby is covered in a wax coating as its still developing inside the womb

At the 27th week the baby is still developing its lungs and their eyesight begins to improve as they are preparing for birth. They even begin dreaming and start to develop neurons

The start of the 37th week the baby is considered “early term” they will stay inside for a few more weeks for lungs and brain to develop properly
At the 39th week the baby is considered full term and ready for birth and by the 41st week the baby’s health is monitored before they leave
