During the first trimester, it is important to take prenatal care. You should schedule regular visits with your doctor, take the doctors advice, and maintain a healthy diet. In this situation, I would support them by going to check ups with them. Reserach important facts about the baby is another option.

Here, the baby begins to develop much more. In this stage, it is certain that the baby makes sucking noises with its mouth. During the 2nd trimester, a person should expect regular lab tests and regular measuremenst of your baby. As a suggestion, a person should maintain a healthy diet because your baby can develop diabetes. Lab tests, such as blood test, will be regular so make sure to take prenatal care. To support a friend, I would try to make sure they are eating right, getting exercise, going to lab test, and reserching different type of illnesses possible.

To maintain health in the last weeks, the person should make sure to notice any early deliveries or miscarriges. Call your doctor before taking vitamins or herbs, if you notice bledding, headaches, or any abnormal symptomes. As a friend, I would be there in the delivery and go to any ultrasounds. Also, make sure the person's health is perfect and that she's ready.
