    internal structures are beginning to form,
    heart is beating fast

    facial features begin to form, teeth sockets are beginning to appear, all organs are currently in place but are not strong enough to be used

    swallowing, hiccuping, and sucking its thumb is now possible

    teeth still developing, eyelashes and eyebrows are present

  • Month 6

    breathing begins, 8-10 inches, and 8-12 ounces

  • Month 7

    does activity, but also rests

  • Month 8

    reacting to loud noises and can move more frequently, moves into a head down position

  • Month 9

    ready for birth
