  • Mom-Month 1

    • Has to watch what she consumes into her body.
    • Instigates cravings for the child's wants.
    • Your abdomen will begin to swell ever so tightly.
    • Your uterus is now the size of an orange but is still hidden within your pelvis.
  • Baby-Month 2

    • Early development of the central nervous system.
    • The face, nose, ears, and eyes begin to develop, the arm and leg buds continue to form.
    • The embryo is now visible to the naked eye.
    • Sex organs start to develop into either ovaries for females or testes for males.
  • Mom-Month 3

    • Vaginal discharge will increase.
    • May develop a backache, caused by leaning backward for the baby's weight.
    • Miscarriage is prone to happening in the first trimester so avoid stress.
    • Your pregnant belly is now visible, by this time your uterus is about the size of a grapefruit.

    • Fetus body starts to twitch.
    • Stepping reflex occurs.
