    Cerebral Palsy- Lack of motor skills
    Causes are damage to the brain before, during, or after birth
    Motor skills are slower to develop in the first year
    Not much can be done to really fix the brain. After there is brain damage it can't be reversed. Some treatments that can make the effects less severe are therapy, surgery, and some medications.
