Was a Cold War era proxy that occured in Vietnam Laos and Cambodia from November 1st 1955 to the fall of Saigon on April 30th 1975. -

The Space Race started in 1957 and lasted until 1975. This was a 20th century competition between the Soviets and the United States for supremacy in spaceflight capability. -

This was the first artifical Earth satellite launched by the Soviet Union. This triggered the Space Race. -
