    Nicoaus Copernicus was Form a village called Torun in the kingdom of Poland. He is known for his contribution of Copernicus theory which recognized that the earth tilted and rotated on its axis. His father was a merchant, and his mother was the daughter of a wealthy merchant.

Tesla worked for Edison until he saved up enough to start his own light company. Tesla invented the induction motor.
