Parents bought baby books
My Parents told me they bought many baby books and would read them alot to me. -
I remember writing the word God in preschool.

Interested in books
Before my kindergarten year,my parents worked with me and my brothers on looking at books, sounding out words and trying to pick up on reading. -
Story time in my Kindergarten class.
I remember being read books in kindergarten. One book I remember was Bah-Bah black sheep. -
I was scared of my kindergarten teacher
My kindergarten teacher really scared me. I always thought she was mean. -
My Mom would read books and tell stories everynight before bed.

Writing my name in first grade
I got really good at practicing to write my name in first grade. Also the alphabet in uppercase and lowercase. -

My favorite book
I remember loving the book 'Nekane,the Lamina, and the Bear'. -
Going to the Windsor library in second grade
I would go to the library and check out books. I would pick out strange books on how to build pirate ships. -
Reading assesment
I had a strong reading skill. My vocabulary was more extensive then most children in my fifth grade class. -
I had a really great third grade teacher
I really admired my third grade teacher. He made me enjoy school. -
Writing in cursive
I would get homework assignments to practice writing in cursive. -
Fifth grade: I did more advanced projects and writing projects.
I would be assinged a journal project that took a whole month of journal entries. -
I realized that i favored fictonial books

I did not like reading or writing in school
I used to think that i wa not a good reader or writer while i was in middle school. -
I was assigned alot of book work during winter break in 6th grade
I read a short book over break and would have to write an essay on it. -
My freshman year I realized the type of writing i liked
i enjoyed writiing about my life experiences and lessons.I liked reading books about things I can relate to. -
I started writing poetry
I started poetry in English class last of Freshman year. I was fascinated with it and wanted to good at writing it. -
Non-fiction books
I realized that i really was not interested in the non-fictional books I was required to read for school. They really bore me and I dreaded reading them. -
Present day
I like to write down my thoughts. I am better at explaining my tthoughts rather than getting in the writing flow. I would like to become better at writing. -
reading and writing styles
I would like to be more open minded about the books and topics i chose to read and write. I normally would only pick up a book that i thought was appealing. I should experience reading all different types of books.
