My Parents told me they bought many baby books and would read them alot to me.

Before my kindergarten year,my parents worked with me and my brothers on looking at books, sounding out words and trying to pick up on reading.

I remember being read books in kindergarten. One book I remember was Bah-Bah black sheep.

My kindergarten teacher really scared me. I always thought she was mean.

I got really good at practicing to write my name in first grade. Also the alphabet in uppercase and lowercase.

I would go to the library and check out books. I would pick out strange books on how to build pirate ships.

I started poetry in English class last of Freshman year. I was fascinated with it and wanted to good at writing it.

I realized that i really was not interested in the non-fictional books I was required to read for school. They really bore me and I dreaded reading them.

I like to write down my thoughts. I am better at explaining my tthoughts rather than getting in the writing flow. I would like to become better at writing.

I would like to be more open minded about the books and topics i chose to read and write. I normally would only pick up a book that i thought was appealing. I should experience reading all different types of books.
