    Characterizing Positive Relationships
    As a staff, we will identify characteristics of what positive healthy relationships between staff and students look like
  • Beisy Screening

    Beisy Screening
    Time will be dedicated for teachers to "screen" their students on behavior. The idea is to allow teachers to give their input of how students are behaving in order to identify students who are internalizers, externalizers, or both that need extra support/intervention.
  • Identifying Relationships

    Identifying Relationships
    This will be a very cool but meaningful activity where we will be able to identify students that do not quite have the positive relationships with staff members based on the characteristics defined in the December meeting.
  • Tier II Interventions

    Tier II Interventions
    Students who have been identified as needing higher levels of intervention will be placed on an evidence-based intervention pilot(s). We will not have the capacity to take large groups of students but we will at least be able to become more experienced in the process.
  • Next Steps and Planning

    Next Steps and Planning
    As we prepare for the journey, we will begin to develop our next steps for ISS. Taking into account our experiences from this year, we will develop a plan the for second phase of PBIS for next school year.
