    The colony of South Australia was found on the 28th of December in 1836. The South Australian coast was first explored by Peter Nuyts and Captain Francouis thijssen in the year of 1627. Although it was founded in 1836 there has been evidence of aboriginal occupation dating back to 22,000 BC.

    The founding of the South Sea Pearl brought many apanese citizens to Australian land. The Japanese came in huge numbers as they were need because they were skilled divers.
