Throughout history, the tale of King Arthur has changed dramatically as Disney has adopted it. Even the television show Once Upon a Time found a way to put a new spin on the classic story. However, the continuatoin of the story is reflective of the way in which Geoggrey's work is able to transcend time and space. The resemblance to the castles depicted in media today, may cause spectators to find the castle agreeable. However, the rich history of the castle adds to the value of its presence as we are able to understand the intuitions and ideas of our ancestors through our understanding of the castle.     The conical spires and sculpture of Notre Dame La Grande are the buildings hallmark features. My of the scultptures carved into the building tell religious stories such as, Drama of the Prophets. The ability for a building to tell a story is amazing. This piece of architecture is great because of the many messages it relays to visitors.

Many of the aesthetic thinkers that we have discussed were from western culture, but I believe that many of their principals apply to this sculpture.
