  • Coup Plans Caught

    Under Park's initiative in the formation of the plan to Chang (Chang’s “invisible hand”), the coup was rescheduled to May 12. But the coup plan was leaked by accident to the military security forces and revealed to Prime Minister Chang Myon and Defense Minister. Eventually, report on the May 12 plan was dismissed as a false alarm
