Aug 3, 1908 First Club Meeting Jul 4, 1933 First Race Nov 8, 1934 OCY held series of Sunday races Oct 9, 1935 Moved to Gull Point State Park Lounge Nov 8, 1935 Club erected a thirty foot flag pole. Sep 7, 1945 Club made up of mostly women and young women. Nov 9, 1957 Club house built next to the new Inn on Dixons Beach Sep 7, 1960 M-16 and M-20's were raced. Sep 7, 1982 Moved to present location on Manhattan Beach Sep 7, 1988 Construction started on the new OYC Sep 7, 1997 Construction Ended Sep 7, 2012 Today they have not moved and have over 500 members.
