John Rogers, who helped Myles Coverdale, went on to write his own version of the English bible in 1537, making the 2nd printed version.This was the first English Bible translated from the original Biblical languages of Hebrew & Greek. John Rodgers published this bible under the false name, "Thomas Matthews", hence the Matthew Tyndale name.
