Robert Muncsch was one of the favorite authors in my household from when I became more interested in reading. I loved Robert Munsch during my late preschool years and throughout my primary elementary years. Purple, Green, and Yellow was one of my favorite books of his. -
Junie B. Jones
As soon as I thought that I could read chapter books, Junie B. Jones had to have been my favorite book character. I loved all of the hilarious things that Junie B. did. These books definitely encouraged me to read more challenging books. -
Lizzie McGuire
My friends and I were all over Lizzie McGuire. Every kind of book that she had, I read. All of her stories were cartoons and they were one of the first chapter books that I had read. -
Letters From Rifka
Letters From Rifka was a book that I read as a third grader. It was one of the first books that I read that challenged me. I found the concepts in the book interesting resulting in me reading the book almost once every year. -
Goose Girl
I absolutely hated this book. It was too long and it just got old. It had a good moral but it just wasn't my type. This book was one that made me second guess my love for reading. It made me bored of it. It is definitely not one of my favorites. -
Face on the Milk Carton
Face on the Milk Carton which was written by Caroline Cooney, is a book that will always be one of my favorites. I enjoyed the fact that it was a mystery and that it was something that I really had never been introduced to. -
The Hunger Games Series
This is one of my more crurrent favorites. I loved it because of the fact that it was different and so detailed. Most definitely a great book. -
Beach Blondes
Beach Blondes is right now my favorite book that I've read. I read during the summer and takes the top of my personal charts because I couldn't put it down. I loved it!
