Korea started a bomb threat that scared all the citizens. Because when people are scared anger is a way they cope they used anger to fight back causing chaos and lives lost -
Paying attention
As some of the more powerful people in the coutry noticed what was happening they realized we need a way to gain back control before this goes out of hand and we lose to many to come back from. The only way they know that will fix the situation is to make a set of rules for everyoe to follow and since the men that were creating the rules had money and land people listened to them. -
People starting to notice the change
As time went on and more poeple started to listen to the powerful people and obey to their rules they noticed the less amout of violence and began feeling safe in their homes again. But the Korea Bombing was still a threat some people worried about. -
Taking action
The men set and established these rules with the help of the poeple beliving in them and electing them to take control of the courty. As their first acts they made peace with korea and became an allie to them in hopes popel would finally listen to them and calm down knowing they all were in the hands of the rukes. -

After the people voted they vowed to let the citzens play a huge part in the way the country works since they do livw in it. They were able to elect someone in or out but the people that were eleceted had to be a citzen and had to have wealth or land. They stuck to the rules and the popele that didnt were punished and this showed everyone to follow the rules.
